Tuning In

 Intent & Mantra

Tune into the Golden chain of Kundalini Yoga Masters & Teachers throughout time to be present & deliver what’s needed.

Put your mind, ego, and comparisons aside.

Tune into the universe for blissful blessings for your body, mind, & spirit.

Tune in so Kundalini Yoga can be transmitted to you (and through you when teaching).

ALWAYS TUNE IN BEFORE DOING ANY KUNDALINI YOGA BREATH, YOGA OR MEDITATION. GURARANTEES THE SUPPORT.

Mantra:     “Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo”

Ong — all of creation in active form

Namo – I respect, honor and bow to

Guru – the teachings

Dev – Within Me

Namo — I respect, honor and bow to

Mantra meanings: I bow to the subtle divine wisdom, the divine teacher within. I bow to Divine knowledge within & beyond me. I bow again and again.

 Chanting 3 Times

Chant it 3 times to tune in, long inhale before each.

First time – clears the negative mind.

Second time – clears the positive mind.

Third time – clears the neutral mind.

(They may sound or feel a little different as you clear.)

Giving access to the meditative mind that can access the universal mind.  Neutral mind is required to access the meditative mind.

 How the Mantra is Chanted

Sitting in Easy Pose cross legged or sitting in a chair feet grounded.

Hands in prayer pose, forearms are parallel to the floor, thumbs are pressed at the base of the sternum.

The eyes are closed; roll eyes back, up and out the 3rd eye.  Focus is held at the forehead between the eyebrows (3rd eye).

Long deep inhale through nostrils and chant each round on one breath if possible. If not, take a sip breath after the first Namo.

Male and Female voices chant ‘Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo’
